Terms of Purchase for Downloadable Training Programs
These Terms of Purchase (“Agreement”) outline the terms and conditions governing the purchase and use of downloadable training programs (“Programs”) from fannykuhn.com (“Seller,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing and downloading any Program, you (“Buyer,” “you,” or “user”) agree to abide by these terms.
1. License Grant: Upon purchase, Seller grants Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Program for personal, non-commercial use only. Buyer may not distribute, share, modify, sell, or exploit the Program for any commercial purpose.
2. Payment: Buyer agrees to pay the specified purchase price for the chosen Program. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the Programs are owned by Seller. Buyer may not claim ownership of any content within the Programs.
4. Prohibited Use: Buyer may not use the Programs for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Programs is strictly prohibited.
5. Compatibility and Technical Support: Seller provides no guarantee that the Programs will be compatible with all devices or software. Technical support related to Program usage may be provided at Seller’s discretion.
6. Disclaimer: Programs are provided “as is,” without any warranties or guarantees. Seller disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising from Program usage.
8. Termination: Seller reserves the right to terminate Buyer’s access to purchased Programs if Buyer violates any terms outlined in this Agreement.
9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Agreement: Seller may update or modify this Agreement at any time. By continuing to use the Programs, Buyer agrees to be bound by the updated terms.
By purchasing and downloading any Program, Buyer acknowledges having read and understood this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms.

DATA we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
- Improve our store offerings

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for up to 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
We store your personal information inside WordPress, and inside Hubspot to be able to send you emails regarding your order and help you with questions.
Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with others
We don’t share any of your personal information with 3rd parties, only for processing your payment – see below.
We accept payments through Woocommerce Payments. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed through Woocommerce Payments, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
