Here’s a collection of the training I have done myself and believe in for Swimrun and Swimming. Each plan contains full workouts, week by week, and training tips and tricks throughout.

Although these plans are not elite training plans, they are made for people with high goals who want to do well in a Swimrun race. At the same time, they are life-adaptable and possible to do with a full-time job and without abandoning your family and friends every weekend for all-day training endeavors. I believe in training to be a natural part of my life, and it should always be fun (that said, except for a few kick-ass workouts once in a while that level your shape up!).
